For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
A registered personal account created by a User on the Platform to access betting and gaming services.
The total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
Promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
The identity and document verification process required by the Operator before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.

Any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or any other eligible market offered on the Platform.

Pakistani Rupee — the primary currency in which Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated on this Platform.
To register and maintain an Account on 555g, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Verification: We take underage gambling extremely seriously. Any User found to be under the required minimum age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited and any deposited funds returned subject to verification. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information we reasonably request. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each person may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 555g reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold outstanding balances and recover any bonuses or winnings obtained through the use of multiple Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any security credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 555g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to account activation, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of criminal activity, fraud or any other unlawful conduct. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Familiar Pakistani payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on this Platform as contextual payment references only. The Platform operates in PKR. If a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Operator accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform. 555g does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All Users must complete the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address dated within three months, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation as required.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The Operator endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, but cannot guarantee specific timelines where third-party payment providers are involved.
Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended or declined in the following circumstances:

Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic wagering patterns designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting — is strictly prohibited. Where such activity is identified, 555g reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.

All bets placed on 555g are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event or casino game, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets displayed as "pending" or "processing" are not guaranteed to be accepted. 555g reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where a market has been suspended, or where a pricing error is evident.
In the event of a manifest error in the odds, lines or event information displayed on the Platform, 555g reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. This applies to both obvious pricing errors and technical errors resulting from system malfunctions.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to additional sport-specific rules regarding weather interruptions, reduced-overs matches, player withdrawals and official result declarations. Live in-play betting is governed by real-time market rules. Decisions made by the Platform in relation to live markets are final.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or within the cashier section of your Account. Winnings exceeding published limits will be capped at the applicable maximum regardless of the stated odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555g Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 555g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 555g or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from this Platform without the express prior written consent of 555g.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555g and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.
Without limiting the foregoing, 555g accepts no liability for: (a) loss of winnings or profits arising from a bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error; (b) delays, interruptions or failures in Platform availability; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) any actions taken by third-party payment providers; or (e) any reliance placed on information provided on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
